Open the Zotero app installed on your computer
Go to EDIt -> Preferences
Click on the CITE icon
Locate and click on the WORD PROCESSORS tab
Click the button to INSTALL (or REINSTALL) MICROSOFT WORD ADD-IN
You may need to restart WORD or your entire computer in order for this update to take effect.
